I have some simple tools; we shall start with a beautiful Heart Rhythm Meditation to really feel our connection to our own bodies, hearts, and souls; and to each other ~ specific ways of being with the essence of Elemental Energies, much like the internal work of acupuncture, Qi Gong . . . ~ we are of the earth; we are 55 – 75% water; we are fire and we are air;to feel these elements in our breath, bodies, and heartbeat empowers and revitalizes our very cellular make-up.
